
Sherron P. DuPont, ASID, is the president
of Collins & DuPont Interiors. Together with partner
and Vice President, Kim V. Collins, ASID,
Ms. DuPont founded Collins & DuPont in 1987. Currently,
the firm employs seventy people. Collins & DuPont
specializes in interior detailing and custom design
for private residences and condominiums, model homes,
clubhouses and business and medical offices. Client
projects outside the state of Florida include projects
in Massachusetts, Maine, Maryland, Indiana, Illinois,
Iowa, Pennsylvania and Michigan.
Ms. DuPont received a Bachelor of Science
degree in Interior Design from Florida State University.
She has subsequently attended the Graduate School of
Design at Harvard University and studied art and architecture
in Paris, Venice, Florence, Provence and Burgundy. She
is a licensed Florida Interior Designer, a Professional
Member of the American Society of Interior Designers
and is listed in Who's Who in Interior Design. Sherri
is also a member of the Collier County Building Industry
Association and the Bonita Springs Chamber of Commerce.
Ms. Collins received a Bachelor of Science
degree in Interior Design from Colorado State University.
Since then, she has studied art and architecture in
Europe and has attended the Graduate School of Design
at Harvard University. She is a licensed Florida Interior
Designer, a Professional Member of the American Society
of Interior Designers and is listed in Who's Who in
Interior Design. Like Ms. DuPont, Ms. Collins is also
a member of the Collier County Building Industry Association
and the Bonita Springs Chamber of Commerce.
Both partners are committed to helping build a strong
community. The firm is, thus, a supporter of Habitat
for Humanity, the Guadalupe Center in Immokalee, the
Bonita Springs YMCA, WGCU Public Media, the American
Cancer Society, the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation,
Hope Hospice, the American Heart Association and the
American Red Cross.
